GEM Remodeling is a veteran owned remodeling company serving Monroe and Wayne County. Clients choose GEM for strong planning. They appreciate our disciplined project control and clean workmanship. This commitment spans from the first call to the final walk through. We use a hybrid structure that combines in-house project managers and office support. Our structure also includes in-house highly trained crews. We employ long-term subcontractor crews for specialty trades, never complete projects. These crews are trained to meet our standards for specialty items. This gives clients consistent results and direct communication through the entire project. We are fully insured with general liability and workers compensation.
GEM uses 3 different AI’s to help make your experience as smooth as possible.
GEM also uses many forms of software. We use Houzz for our 3D renderings. Contractor Foreman helps keep your job organized. Company Cam keeps you up to date on the progress of your project.

Ray – Owner & Founder of GEM LLC
Ray launched his career over 15 years ago as a handyman. He was driven by a passion for quality work. He was committed to doing things the right way. What began as a one-man operation has grown into GEM LLC. It is a respected remodeling company. GEM LLC is known for delivering high-end kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and custom renovations.
Ray isn’t as hands-on with the tools these days. However, he’s fully focused on growing the company. He supports his team and ensures every project meets the same standard of excellence GEM has built its name on. As a Marine Corps veteran, he brings structure, accountability, and integrity to everything the company does.

Supports GEM on the operations side and works offsite from the field. He focuses on planning, estimating, and organizing project details so the crews and office team stay on track. Logan does not handle client communication. His role centers on building clear scopes, reviewing pricing, and keeping project information accurate. His work strengthens the structure behind each job and supports the level of quality GEM delivers.
