WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

Workmanship on all remodeling projects.

Structural framing completed by GEM.

Bathroom, kitchen, basement, and full home renovations.

Tile installation, waterproofing, and carpentry.

Trim, drywall, flooring, cabinetry installation, and finish work.

Electrical and plumbing work completed by licensed specialists that we bring in for you.

Any issue traced directly to labor that does not meet industry standards.

You contact us. We inspect. If the defect is from our workmanship, we fix it at no cost to you.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Normal wear and tear.

Damage from neglect or lack of proper maintenance.

Damage from moisture caused by ventilation issues in the home.

Material failures. Materials fall under the manufacturer warranty.

Damage caused by another contractor.

Unauthorized repairs performed by anyone other than GEM.

Issues caused by the homeowner removing or altering work after completion.

Acts of nature such as floods, storms, fire, or impact.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Keep the home properly maintained.

Use exhaust fans in bathrooms.

Do not allow excessive humidity to build up.

Protect all surfaces with proper cleaners.

Do not hire outside contractors to alter GEM work without discussing it with us first.

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY REQUEST

Send your name, address, project date, and photos of the issue.

We review your request within 5 business days.

We schedule an inspection.

If it is a workmanship related defect, we repair it.

TRANSFERABILITY
