Free Phone Call
We start with a conversation. We’ll learn about your project, confirm your budget is in the right range, and explain exactly how our process works. We’ll also let you know about financing options and phased project planning if that makes sense for your situation. No pressure, no obligation.
In-Home Consultation
Visit 1: We come to your home, evaluate your space, and take measurements.
Visit 2: We come back and present your estimate and a 2D rendering if needed. All decision-makers must be present. If you’re getting other estimates, have them before we return so everything can be compared properly.
No cost, no obligation
Design Package Add-On
Want to see your project before we build it? Add this to your consultation for remodel projects. You get mood boards, 3D renderings, photo-realistic renderings, a virtual walk-through, selection boards, and all material selections at presentation. Small jobs (flooring, painting, backsplash, tub conversions) skip this step.
All fees credited to your build if you move forward
Insurance project? Our consultation for insurance claims is free.
👥 All Decision-Makers Must Be Present
All homeowners and decision-makers should be present at every meeting — both the in-home consultation and the design presentation. This ensures everyone can ask questions, provide input, and make informed decisions together.
📋 Getting Other Estimates?
If you’re still getting estimates from other contractors, we encourage you to finish that process first. We will not schedule the design presentation until you’ve completed your comparisons — that way you can evaluate everything side by side with full confidence.
🔒 Non-Refundable Policy
All design fees and deposits are non-refundable for any reason. Payment is required before any design work is confirmed — delayed payments will lose their time slot and be rescheduled. All design fees are credited toward your build if you move forward.

Typically scheduled within 1 week of booking.
Design Presentation
Typically within 1 week after the consultation. If you’re still getting other estimates, we hold the presentation until you’re done.
