Ray — Owner & Founder
Ray launched his career over 15 years ago as a handyman, driven by a passion for quality work and doing things the right way. What began as a one-man operation has grown into GEM — a respected remodeling company known for delivering high-end kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and custom renovations.
As a Marine Corps veteran, Ray brings structure, accountability, and integrity to everything the company does. He’s fully focused on growing the company, supporting his team, and ensuring every project meets the standard of excellence GEM has built its name on.

Gordon — Lead Designer & Project Management
Gordon Hull has over 27 years of design experience and 15+ years of hands-on construction knowledge. At GEM, he leads the design and pre-construction process — guiding clients from first consultation through final project completion. He specializes in interior design, exterior concepts, landscape planning, and architectural layout development.
His RIT design education combined with decades working alongside builders gives him a strong understanding of how design decisions impact every stage of construction. Gordon stays involved throughout the build to maintain quality and ensure the original design intent is carried through.
Logan — Operations & Estimating Coordinator
Logan supports GEM on the operations side, working offsite from the field. He focuses on planning, estimating, and organizing project details so the crews and office team stay on track. His role centers on building clear scopes, reviewing pricing, and keeping project information accurate. His work strengthens the structure behind each job.
Caleb Stone — Small Project Specialist
Caleb handles GEM’s small projects and fast-turn work — repairs, minor updates, and quick improvements. He plans each project with clear steps, clean scheduling, and tight communication. His work helps GEM deliver the same level of quality on smaller jobs as we do on full remodels.
Mia — AI-Powered Receptionist
Mia is GEM’s AI-driven virtual receptionist — handling incoming calls, answering questions on our website, and routing inquiries to the right team member 24/7. She captures caller details, responds in real time, and ensures no call goes unanswered and no lead gets lost.
Mia supports our team — she doesn’t replace them. A real person from GEM always handles your project details, scheduling, and customer care. Think of her as our first line of communication: efficient, dependable, and always on.
