Our 24 Hour Pricing System

We use a structured pricing method for remodels. This keeps numbers accurate in a changing market.

After the in home visit, we return within seventy two hours to review the estimate in person for large or complex projects. Smaller projects still receive emailed estimates.

The 24 hour price is the lowest. It applies only if the client approves the project and makes the deposit within twenty four hours. After that window, the discount is removed. If approval does not happen within seven days, pricing increases ten percent. After thirty days, the estimate expires. A five hundred dollar fee applies for updated pricing.
