⚠️ Important Payment Policy
For your safety, all payments must be made electronically through the estimate or invoice system. No employee of GEM should ever accept a direct payment from you.
Exceptions: Cash and approved digital wallet payments (Cash App, limited Venmo) may only be received by the owner or business development manager. If you need help processing your payment, they will guide you through the process.
