Phone & Communication Data: GEM Command integrates with phone services (powered by Twilio) to manage business calls, voicemails, and text messages. Call logs, voicemail recordings, and message content are stored to provide these features.

Usage Data: We may collect general usage data such as pages visited within the App, feature usage patterns, and device information to improve the App experience.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the App’s features

  • To process and manage phone calls, voicemails, and text messages

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We use Supabase for database hosting, which provides enterprise-grade security including encrypted data at rest and in transit. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Third-Party Services

GEM Command uses the following third-party services:

  • Twilio — Phone system, SMS, and voicemail services
  • Supabase — Database and authentication
  • Vercel — Application hosting
  • ElevenLabs — AI voice assistant (Mia)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only:

  • With service providers necessary to operate the App (listed above)
