Our process:
1: Fill out the form below, call us or send us a text message. (When you call our Ai receptionist will gather all your information and details about your project so our team)
2: A member of our team will reach out to discuss your project in depth. Gordon, our in-house designer, will contact you. He will schedule your in-home consultation with him. (we ask if you are getting other estimates please do so before we come.
3: Gordon will come to your home, collect measurements and more photos. He will discuss your project more in depth at this time gathering all needed information
4: Tom will schedule a time to come back within 3-5 days depending on the project. To present your estimate, go over it in depth with you and go over your other estimates too.
5: Gordon will come back and present the estimate in person. Show you a 3d rendering if one was created for your project. Go over any materials you would want to use. Look at other estimates you had gotten. Most clients just look at the number and don’t truly compare the estimates. Any changed that are needed can be made right then in real time. You will be presented with a price that is good for that visit.
-Pricing: You will be given a price at your presentation visit. It is good for that visit only if your project allows for this. Not all projects qualify. If we leave without a commitment, you will have a 14-day price. After 14 days, it goes up 10% and is only good for 30 days.
-If you decide to sign with us at your presentation, Gordon will be able to help you process your payment. He can also help you with financing options.
-If we are chosen for the proctor, we will provide you with a copy of your estimate. You will also receive a contract and a copy of your 3d rendering. You will also have access to the online portal for Houzz so you will always be able to see everything.
