1. In-Home Consultation
We come to you — GEM does in-home consultations only (no showroom). We evaluate your property or lot, discuss your vision, review your budget parameters, and outline next steps. All decision-makers should be present. Consultation within 1 week of payment.
2. Design & Visualization
Our in-house designer creates comprehensive design deliverables: mood boards, 3D renderings, photo-realistic renderings, a visual walk-through, selection boards, and your client online dashboard. Design presentation within 1 week after consultation (longer if you’re getting other quotes — we hold the presentation until all estimates are complete).
3. Engineering & Permitting
Structural engineering, site plans, and all required permits handled by GEM. We coordinate with Monroe County building departments and schedule all inspections throughout the project.
4. Site Work & Foundation
Site clearing, grading, excavation, utility connections, and foundation work — all managed by our team. We prepare the site properly before vertical construction begins.
5. Construction & Finish Work
