What Goes Into a New Build
Site Development
Clearing, grading, driveway, utility connections, well and septic (if needed). We coordinate with all the trades and the municipality so the site is ready for construction.
Foundation
Poured concrete walls and footers, proper drainage and waterproofing. We build foundations that handle Rochester freeze-thaw cycles without issues.
Framing & Exterior
Structural framing, sheathing, house wrap, windows, doors, siding, and roofing. Every exterior detail is planned in the design phase so there are no surprises during the build.
