We provide clients with 3D renderings and layouts to help them visualize what we can see already!
Renderings and 3D Renderings
At GEM, our renderings and 3D designs are more than just images — they are an essential part of our planning and remodeling process. We use cutting-edge design software to create highly detailed and realistic visualizations of your project. Every rendering is tailored to your home’s exact measurements, style, and your personal preferences, giving you a “before it’s built” look at your future space.
Benefits of Our Renderings
Why Clients Value Renderings
Many of our clients say the renderings are one of the most valuable parts of their remodeling journey. They provide peace of mind, reduce stress, and ensure that the final outcome matches your vision from the very beginning. Instead of relying on imagination or flat sketches, you’ll be able to virtually “walk through” your remodeled space before construction starts.
With GEM’s renderings and 3D designs, you’re not just buying a service — you’re investing in certainty, clarity, and a smoother, more successful remodel.
Ownership, Watermarks, and Use Restrictions
All renderings, drawings, and 3D designs created by GEM remain the sole intellectual property of GEM unless a separate written release is provided. Renderings are provided for client review purposes only and may not be copied, distributed, or shared with other contractors, designers, or third parties without express written consent from GEM.
To protect our work, all renderings are delivered with a visible watermark. If you wish to obtain unmarked renderings that may be shared or used outside of GEM’s services, a rendering release fee of $500–$2,500 must be paid, depending on project scope. This fee removes the watermark and grants you limited rights to share the design.
Without payment of this fee, renderings must remain confidential and cannot be shown to competing contractors or design professionals.
